The setup fee returns to £997. The £147/month price stays the same either way.
What is the system built on?
The Franchise Growth System is built on GoHighLevel. Your account is a modified version of the main platform to stop if from being overwhelming. It also includes pre-built automations and workflows, including the email nurture sequence. On the onboarding call, we will integrate it with your existing calendar and social media
What if I already use GoHighLevel?
Your Franchise Growth System sits in a sub-account and would be separate to any existing accounts that you have that are built on GoHighLevel. Although they cannot be merged, we are happy to help you try and connect them via Zapier or any other 3rd party integrations that you wish to use. (You would need to have these 3rd party integrations, they are not included in the package).
Do I need to be technical to use this?
No. The system is built and personalised for you. You get one tech onboarding call to go live and in that, we do the work. When working in the marketing suite, there is nothing technical required and we will provide you with training videos to follow along.
Is WhatsApp included?
Whatsapp is optional. WhatsApp is billed separately as an additional monthly add-on because the usage fees vary, so you only pay for it if you want that channel switched on and costs will be based on your actual usage. Please note that you must had a Business Whatsapp account that is connected to your Meta Business Suite before we can integrate it for you. We have include Whatsapp integration work so there is no additional fee to pay for this for us to complete the set up.
What social media accounts can I connect?
In the marketing suite, you can connect to any of the following social media account; Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok & YouTube.
You can schedule to Instagram stories as well as the grid. You can schedule YouTube shorts as well as video.
Please note that it can only connect to Business pages/accounts and not personal pages. Instagram is connected best via Meta Business Suite when connected to Facebook. YouTube is connected to the system via your Google account.
Can I upgrade to a bespoke CRM or chatbots later?
Yes. A fully bespoke CRM build, or a bespoke chatbot for your own sales pages, is available later as a separate project, once you're ready for it. You could develop an entire bespoke franchise management system, you could create a chatbot for your operations manual, you could build your franchisee onboarding training suite, you can build out lead magnets... the possibilities are endless once you have The Franchise Growth System. You can also create branded sub-accounts for your franchisees and create an entire network solution!
Additional development will be completed as a project which we can scope and quote for you.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No, there is no minimum commitment, the subscription is on a 30 days rolling basis so you can cancel at any time. If you do cancel, you will receive your data via a download that will be sent securely to you.
